NOTICE OF REQUEST
FOR PROFESSIONAL DESIGN
SERVICES
Notice
is hereby given that the City of Crestline, Ohio, 100 N. Seltzer Street,
Crestline, Ohio 44827 is planning on awarding a contract for professional
design services.
The project involves all aspects of addressing Ohio EPA Director’s Proposed
Findings and Orders regarding alleged violations of the City’s NPDES permit
for its waste water treatment plan. A copy of the Proposed Findings and
Orders are available by contacting Assistant Safety-Service Director Marc

Design
professionals applying for this contract are expected to be able to monitor,
test, model, design, supervise construction and otherwise, develop all
phases of solutions to the issues which are stated in the Director’s
Proposed Findings and Orders.
Qualified
design professional firms may apply for this contract by submitting a
written application and statements of qualifications to Assistant
Safety-Service Director Marc Milliron at the above-referenced address by no
later than 4:00 p.m. on March 19, 2010.
